Feed insects & Accessories up to 99cm length:

  • up to CHF 20.00 value of goods = CHF 15.00
  • as of CHF 20.00 value of goods = CHF 10.00
  • as of CHF 50.00 value of goods = CHF 5.00
  • as of CHF 100.00 value of goods = free of shipping costs

  • Bulky goods more than 100 cm up to 250 cm or more than 60x60cm CHF 25.--
  • Frozen food sweeping CHF 45.-- incl. thermobox with depot and ice bag



Articles which are not in stock
Please note that articles which are marked as non-stock item, require approximately one to three weeks until they arrive and are in stock since they need to be firstly ordered from our supplier abroad. Additionally, we can only order these articles once having received your payment. It may be that some articles are faster available than others. If you should have ordered stock items together with non-stock items, we will depending on the desire send all goods together or for example send the food immediately and forward the foreign stock items after their arrival. This does not apply to bulky articles as of 100 cm length, living vertebrates and terrariums.

Orders
Once you have found the desired product, you can move it non-committal into your e-shop basket by clicking on the button “add to Cart”. The contents of the basket can be viewed non-committal at any time by clicking on the button “Display Cart”. At any time the products can be removed from the basket by clicking on the button “remove” again. If you want to buy the products as listed in the cart, just click on the button “Continue to Next Step”. You will be prompted to enter your personal data and asked to choose the preferred payment method as well as to accept the acknowledgement of customer information. The ordering process can be cancelled at any time or can be completed by clicking on the button “submit order”.

Contract conclusion:
By clicking on the button "Submit" you enter a binding order of the goods contained in your cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order. The purchase contract comes about with our delivery confirmation.

Prices
The prices are final and include the legal VAT which is currently up to 2.5% i.e. 8%. Further details regarding this matter can be found on the product pages.
 
Payment Methods
The invoice amount is paid by prepayment. Further details (such as the payment date) you receive when you select the payment method.

Delivery times
The estimated delivery time refers to the product's description. If no specifications are being made in the product descriptions, the delivery of orders will take place within one to two days, unless the product is demonstrably paid.

Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are only made at customer's request, postage charged to the customer.

Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory terms, but in case of product shortage we deliver in reference to your choice in addition or touch up in due course. If the amendment fails or is the product, which was delivered in addition, also deficient, you can return the goods against a refund of the full purchase price or keep them and decrease the purchase price. Information about any manufacturer warranties can be found in the product documentation.
